Why are you here? Not just on this page, but in this life.
The Inquiries
- Core Reflect on moments where you felt most like yourself. Identify the common thread in these experiences.
- Values Observe the principles that guide your behavior when you are alone. Identify your top three values.
- Purpose Remove all expectations from others. Observe what remains as your natural drive.
- Capacity Notice where you move with ease and where you meet friction. Acknowledge both aspects.
- Alignment At the end of each day, ask: Did my actions reflect my true nature?
Accessing the Subconscious
When answers remain hidden from the conscious mind, use this method to bypass logic:
Stillness Ask your question. Sit in silence, without grasping for an answer. Breathe. Allow everything to surface. It can be a word, a feeling, an image. Say yes to it, continue to observe. What shows may be something unexpected or deeply familiar. If there is nothing, try again later.
Body Resonance Pay attention to physical sensations. A sense of centering or lightness indicates a truth.
Rapid Response Write the first word that appears after reading a question. Speed prevents the analytical mind from filtering the output.
The Observer State View your life as if watching a film of another person. Note the patterns that are obvious from an outside perspective.
