Write down the first qualities that come to mind. If you’re struggling to find something, shift your attention to details—like the determination you brought to a task, the way you trusted your instinct, or that you noticed beauty in a flower or photo.

3. What negative self-talk am I ready to release today?

Notice the negative thoughts you’ve been holding onto. Let them surface without judgment and write them down. Do you see any core limiting beliefs? In your self-love journaling, ask yourself: ‘Could something else be true? What other perspectives might I be missing?’ By questioning their validity, you loosen their grip and create space for a more open, truthful view of yourself.

You might express it similarly to the person you admire—or in a completely different way. Either way, this prompt helps you uncover the seed and nourish it.

We all make mistakes, and it’s important to show yourself grace. Reflecting on forgiveness, the act of releasing, helps you let go of guilt and energies that you are done with. By practicing forgiveness, you cultivate grace, and in doing so, become more graceful.

Is it vinyasa, yin yoga, or something in between? Reflect on what resonates with you in this moment, and commit to making space for it.
