2. Products and Print-on-Demand (Gelato)
All physical art prints sold on this store are produced on-demand through our manufacturing partner, Gelato.
- Production & Shipping: When you place an order, the product is printed specifically for you and shipped directly from the nearest Gelato facility. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location.
- Damaged or Misprinted Items: If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement print to be sent to you at no extra cost.
3. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds (Angrerett)
Please read this section carefully before making a purchase, as our refund policies differ based on the type of product or service:
- For Prints (Gelato): According to EU and Norwegian consumer protection laws, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (angrerett) does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Because all prints are custom-made on-demand by Gelato, all sales of physical prints are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or accidental orders.
- For Coaching Services: You can cancel or reschedule a coaching session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded, and the session will be counted as used.
4. Prices and Payments
- Base prices on this store are set in NOK (Norwegian Krone). However, for your convenience, our Website uses adaptive pricing to display and process transactions in your local currency based on your location.
- Final checkout totals will be processed in the currency displayed to you during checkout. Exchange rates are determined automatically at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not collect or store your credit card information.
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
5. Coaching Services Disclaimer
Coaching services provided through this website are intended for personal development, guidance, and educational purposes. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health counseling, medical advice, or psychotherapy.
